Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on within the US, Mexico, and Canada. Standard shipping rates apply to orders outside of the above territories. For domestic orders, our primary shipping carrier is USPS but may use FedEx or UPS occasionally. 

International Shipping

All international orders will be delivered duty free. Our primary shipping carrier is USPS but may use FedEx or UPS occasionally. Should you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team at info@surfstraw.com for assistance. 

Fulfillment

All standard and expedited orders are processed from our warehouse in Los Angeles within 48 hours of being received, Monday through Friday. Any orders received on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Domestic orders are shipped via various carriers. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Returns

Items with original tags and packaging that have not been used, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund.

Items must be returned to SurfStraw within 30 days of purchase. A shipping label will be provided by SurfStraw for valid returns. Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order.

*No refunds will be given on discounted items.
